Bahamas Taxi Prices

We use the current published Government prices for all trips, to ensure you get the best value. Please call us or email to get the rates and book today.

VAT - We are now required by the government to charge Value Added Tax (VAT) at the amount of 12%. Therefore, an additional 12% will be added to all our existing prices.

Airport Taxis

When booking for an airport trip (to or from the airport), please have the following details to hand, so we can ensure we supply a comfortable, suitable vehicle for you and to quote you the correct price, according to the Government regulations:

- Number of people travelling

- Number of bags and sizes.

- Flight number / carrier and time of arrival / departure

- Departure date and time.

- Which hotel / location the service is to / from

- Whether you require assistance / children's seats / boosters etc.

Grocery Shopping

We are now offering shopping delivery!

The whole world has changed due to Covid-19 and as a result we have to discontinue guest shopping for themselves because of excessive grocery store lines.

Instead the guest will give us a list of items ahead of time with a specific delivery time and date and we will personally shop for the items and they would be delivered to their hotels.

Wheel-Chair Rentals

We have now implemented a new wheel-chair rental service for those guests with mobility issues guest can rent wheelchairs for a daily rate.

Baby-sitting Services

Baby sitting services are now available. These services are charged by an hourly rate. The babysitter will come to the guest.

Car & Booster seats

I’m not sure if this is already on the website however we would like to mention to our guest that we do offer free car and booster seats for each transfer.

PLEASE NOTE: Additional Charges

In The Bahamas, there are some small additional charges for luggage, depending on the size - these charges are laid down by the Government of the Bahamas.

- Large bags cost an extra $3

- Carry on bags cost an extra $1 per bag

- Golf bags are $5 per bag

- There is an extra 5.00 for any extra person over two people travelling (this includes one bag)

- Children under three travel for free.

Tipping

The custom for tipping here in The Bahamas is just the same as in the US. Tips are appreciated, but are totally optional and should always relate to the customer service you have been given.
